I have consulted with many different solar companies over past 3 years to find the right company for us. I finally had mine installed this past July. Venture had the solar panels we were looking for, Hanhwa Q-cells, and my sales rep was honest, upfront and explained everything I needed to know and hooked me up with the right people I needed to talk to. Other than a 2 +month wait to turn the panels on, the experience was good.
They did a great job installing the solar system. They were regularly following up and keeping me in the loop. The team came in and installed my 25 panels within a week of utility company approval and was done in 4 hours. Buying solar panels is a very confusing process, and i can see they were genuinely trying to help.
I was very satisfied with the whole process & project. They explained everything I needed to know. They were very professional & friendly. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a solar system. Thank you Venture, Carol
Shane was very helpful with all details on how the enphase system works and reports the energy produced and exported.
The sales process was extremely thorough as Courtney walked me through multiple options regarding panel sizes, placements, systems available. She also walked us through the net monthly costs, loan options and federal/state incentives available. We ended up going with upgraded panels since we would need to install fewer panels for the same system size.
