Verified Renter I have lived in many apartment complexes and by far this is the best one. Very nice amenities as well as inside the units. Only issue we have had in two years is a fire alarm malfunction.

Verified Renter A Maintenance Manager has joined the team (approximately 2 weeks) and has not been introduced to the community. The guy is doing a very good job, his collaboration in rescuing the community is evident. Some amenities are neglected, the gardens are ugly, it's just dry land with dog poop. The grill located at the pool has been closed for 1 year and 6 months. They only schedule 2 activities for the community monthly and they only do 1 or none. The pool furniture is very old and discolored.
