The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Easy to get to and my father seems to be pleasantly surprised at the facility. This is at the top of our list when he is ready for it.

What a beautiful community. Everyone was super friendly. I met with [name removed], the sales consultant and she was very personable. The models were gorgeous. I appreciate APFM giving me their info. I may be back

Found staff to be very warm and friendly; Parents enjoy the activities offered by the facility. Halloween was wonderful as was Veteran's Day Celebration. Parents would like to see better food options. Food not always the greatest

Dining is very good here. We only get breakfast and either lunch or supper but everything is yummy so when you are dining you are happy and well nourished. Staff are also great- very easy to like and respect because they respect and like us. My only complaint is that I was not told I'd need to buy renter's insurance to live here.

Our son and daughter-in-law wanted us to live closer to them now that we are in our mid to late 70's. So we sadly left Sun City, but really love living here at Verena Independent Living in Gilbert, AZ. Our apartment is attractive and bright. The residents are very friendly and the delicious food is served by delightful young people. There are plenty of activities to keep residents occupied. Its a graet place to live ,you can play games all day if you want,or you can rest all day if you went.I lived her for 21/2yeras now and i love it.so come and some fun when you are old. I play poker two times a week. Life hear is best you can find.

Just being over Covid 19 almost doing me in as I remember 8 weeks of horror in my life in which my doc said because If I wasn't in good shape would not have pulled through it all! long story short coming here to" Verena" on the advice of a friend made life so much easier with all that Verena has done to make this transition so much easier! Verena and all its employees are the best in plain English........always there when you need them!

I was very unhappy to leave my own home. Did not want to move to Verena. After looking at about 5 other similar developments I chose Verena. I found the staff incredibly friendly and the other residents very welcoming. The food is it or miss with my tastes but edible. The activities are plentiful. It's home now.

Living at Verena is very comfortable. It is well maintained and CLEAN! The office and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful-which certainly adds to the comfort level. The dining room wait staff are becoming more friendly and courteous which is a nice improvement. Sometimes the menu is not the greatest but, I believe they strive to do good within whatever the budget limitations impose.
