While the facility and the residents and staff makes living here congenial and comfortable, it is the variety and number of activities that makes life here enjoyable and satisfying. There is always something interesting to do. And the community is large enough that you can slip away for some quiet time when you need it.

Nice rooms, safe facility. bus take you many places. Food service is good. Activities are many so plenty to do. You can also rest and do nothing. Cost is comparable to living in a house with maintenance, food and utilities.

The staff is very friendly. When short on servers in dining room staff pitches in serving and cleaning up which I never did see at [facility name removed]. The dining room carpet is not cleaned very well often. The quality and quantity of meals has gone down since moving in. Not a lot of places for activities except for the dining room. Not many craft projects to make and take like at [facility name removed]

My cousin and I aren’t getting any younger. Even though we are still working, living at the Verena will be uplifting. We toured the facility and immediately fell in love with the place. It has everything we wanted and even more. The staff is extremely friendly along with the residents we met. Looking forward to spending the rest of ourblives there.

Easy to talk to the employees. Warm friendly atmosphere. So very helpful in getting your accomodations exactly the way you wanted them. Exceptionally clean. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

I toured for my mom. I found the staff warm and welcoming. Was greeted at the front door by the friendly receptionist. She knew me by name and knew I was there for a tour. I met with the Sales Director who was very knowledgeable about the community and area. We looked at a model and an apartment on the 3rd floor. I was invited to stay for lunch. She also took the time to show me amenities of the community such as theater and fitness room. I met several residents that already lived there. The place was clean and inviting.
The location is really great for my Mother as it sits directly across the street from Mercy Gilbert Hospital. When I took my mom to visit this community, I could tell the residents were happy as they were all sitting and eating together in the dining room. I noticed residents playing board games together in another room and putting puzzles together in a different room. The residents seemed very happy and talking together.
