I was visiting a relative here at the Verena at Hilliard and the welcome I was provided was so sweet and kind. I travelled here to visit my sister and I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist who was so nice and professional. I had an overnight stay reserved in one of their additional rooms. I walked to the room and opened the door and wow. What a beautiful room. It was even better than staying at a hotel. I go to the Verena at Hilliard every Tuesday afternoon to play cards with some of my friends who used to live where I do now. It's a very nice and clean community and the employees are always so welcoming when I come in. Thank you Verena staff and friends for making me feel like family.

I live at this beautiful community and I want everyone to know that it’s not just a place to live but it’s family. I lost my husband a few months back and these residents and staff have been the most caring people. I never expected just how sincere and caring even strangers have been.

We stopped by this beautiful community without an appointment and was greeted by a receptionist who was so kind. She offered us water and sat us in a room for a minute while she got someone to come and help us. A lady named [name removed] appeared and was so warm and caring. This was a hard day for us and she could understand that. She showed us around and I had no idea that this place existed. I was so surprised that it was attached to the library at that. I was at the Verena the first Friday of November for a craft show that my wife was participating in. I have never been treated so nicely by staff members who didn't even know me. This place is like a resort and was so warm and cozy. I know a lot of people want to put negative things on these reviews but I wanted to make sure that the people that work here knew that they really stuck out with me. Thank you for being so kind and supporting my wife at this craft show as well.

The employees at this community are wonderful and are always there to help me when needed. I have had some issues with electronics. Everyone is there to help when needed.

I just wanted to let people know that there is a gem of a place that is attached to the Hilliard Library. It is the Verena at Hilliard. This place is like a resort and I have been to two events there. This last one was a Christmas open house and the other one was the Buckeye Bash. They have things down to a T. The OSU Alumni Band was there as well as Brutus and the first female drum major in history. It's such a beautiful clean community. I attended the Verena's Christmas Open House last Thursday and what a production that was. They had a great Santa and Mrs. Claus, some folks from the OSU glee club singing, drinks from Powell Winery and the Crooked Can and a wonderful young harp player. The food was wonderful as well as the deserts. All of the employees are so nice and welcoming. This place is like a resort and very clean.
