The people at the front desk were so nice and greeted me when I first walked in and they all were very pleasant. The woman who did my MRI was amazing. I’m not too good with a MRI and she made me very comfortable and helped me when I did have a hard time with it. 100% recommendation.

Staff was great. Machine was to closed in.My previous experience on Hinesburg.Road with that machine. was much.better. DO NOT LIKE THIS LAYOUT OF THIS MACHINE I AM GRATEFUL TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO HELP TO KEEP ME CALM AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU TO THIS YOUNG MAN.

The pre-registration process was efficient; Covid directions and MRI-specific directions were clear. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The MRI technician was caring and empathetic to the experience, how panicy one can feel inside the confined space. He offered support, both emotional and physical support to make me as comfortable as possible during the imaging. Big thank you to the staff at Vermont Open MRI.

Had MRI completed. Check in process was very quick. They have convenient hours. Staff was very courteous and the MRI tech made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank You!
