It was simple and easy. Person in front was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The technician was equally knowledgeable and made sure I was okay. I got in and out- Thank you.
Been to Vermont Open MRI twice. Both times were very pleasant. The open machine is great. The Operators and off ice staff are professional, cautious and nice. I cannot do regular "tunnel" MRIs...I recommend Vermont Open MRI to anybody that needs an MRI whether open or not.
The lady helping me going through the MRI is very sweet and patient. Detailed instructions provided. It is very smooth experience.
Lindsay was very thorough and helpful through the process. All the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a wait time but I was made aware of that.

Open MRI staff is friendly and accommodating
I was very pleased. I needed to get in asap and they were able to get me in that same day. They answered all my questions about insurance coverage. They also offered a payment plan. Much less expensive then going to the hospital. I will always go to open mri should I need the service again.
