Mike & Brandon not only called to let me know they were 30 minutes out, they arrived 5 min before the scheduled window of time. They were thorough with their cleaning, took ample pictures of the interior of the chimney, shared them with me & explained what was going on with my chimney. They also provided a quote for the issues they found with no pressure sales tactics. Very professional & knowledgeable technicians.

I recently had them out to clean the fireplace, replace the gas starter pipe, install a new chimney liner, and pour a concrete crown on the top of the chimney. Mike and his team were very professional, arrived on time, cleaned everything up on the multiple days they were here and were just great to work with. We are very satisfied! I highly recommend them.

Ken and Corey did a great job at identifying several issues with my chimney and recently installed dampers. Ken was informative and professional. We'll be looking at replacing the dampers that were previously installed by a different vendor.

Tom Gleason originally came out to inspect/clean my chimney and asked me to be present while he ran a camera up the chimney. Unfortunately, it quickly became obvious that there were serious issues with my chimney. The decision was made to install a liner. Tom, G, Henrey M, and Josh M came back a week later and installed it. They all were EXTREMLY knowledgeable, kind, professional and clean, I HIGHLY recommend Vertical Chimney Care and looking forward to a long relationship with them moving forward!!
