Javier inspected our HVAC unit and, based upon his findings, we decided to replace our unit. The pricing he offered was better, and included more features, than an estimate we had received the week prior by another company. He was friendly, yet professional, and answered all our questions. Our time using Veteran Air services and I’m extremely happy with their overall service. Ian was our techinian and he was extremely knowledable, respectful, and professional. The service he provide was beyond expectation. My biggest satisfaction was the report in which provided before and after pictures of the job he performed.
