Prompt Courteous On Time Efficient Tech was extremely polite and thoroughly explained everything he did. I have a Maintance Plan serviced every 6 months worth the $. I would highly recommend Veterans Air I personally will only use them for any issues should they arise Special thanks to my service tech “ Elir”

The professionalism is the best, knowledgeable technicians and they are very kind to us seniors that is greatly appreciated. Since Veteran Air took over my air conditioning needs I feel I never have to worry with whatever comes. Six month maintenance program is awesome for me.

Brent was very knowledgable and helped me understand air flow while getting more flow to a very small duct vent. It’s employees like this that keep me calling Veteran Air for my four properties issues. Thank you.
AS others have noted, they are polite, professional and proficient. We had an issue that required them to come back a couple of times and they communicated and worked with us until the issue was addressed. Veteran Air is a professional company.

Everything, the staff that answers the phone and sets appts. are kind and courteous, the Veterans that come to the home are wonderful and know their job. They are polite, do their job and very respectful. The equipment is well maintained by them, and I never feel pressured to buy something. They tell you what's going on with your unit and make suggestions and then it is your decisions. I bought my unit in 2017 and a labor warranty and have been happy with everything ever since.
