Our air conditioner went out right before the hurricane. We contacted our Home buyers warranty company and they assigned a contractor to be dispatched but they refused to come out because of the storm. I remembered seeing rave reviews on nextdoor for veterans air and decided to give them a call and they were literally at my house within 2 hours and repaired the unit just hours before the hurricane was supposed to hit us the hardest. Veteran air came out on a holiday weekend and didn’t charge me extra. The technician was so professional and friendly.
Used Veteran Air to replace a hot water heater. I was lucky that a neighbor told me that they also do plumbing besides HVAC. We used them to replace our a/c and were very happy, so only logical to use their plumbing service. Appointment was on time and work completed as detailed in our agreement. Hopefully, the new water heater will last many years. I have been very pleased with our dealings with Vetern Air and their price, value and service provided.

They couldn’t have been nicer! The salesman was wonderful, the installers showed up on time, all were very polite and they even cleaned my floor! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for maintenance in the future!
