I arranged to have one of their techs go out and service the AC at one of the rental properties I manage. The unit is barely over a yr old and most of our HVAC issues are clogged drain lines which is what I thought may be the problem from what the tenant reported. The tech called with his diagnosis and said both float switches were bad and needed to be replaced and the drain line was clogged. The quote he gave me was $960. Have had two experiences with this company! First time out we invested in the maintenance program thinking this was a great idea. Second time air was out we were told they are NOT 24 hour (which they advertise) Next morning sorry you went through that etc. we will be there between 8-12 no call no show tries to get ahold of someone they will call you. No calls by 3 we had to call someone else!! Scammed as far as I am concerned!!
Very shady company! I would not recommend them for electrical, plumbing or HVAC. The plumber said we needed all new plumbing, the HVAC tech said we needed two new air Flo units and we overpaid for light fixture and outlet replacements. Review the Better Business Bureau - terrible reviews! DO NOT CONTACT VETERAN AIR!!
These people delete the negative comments so I’m forced to leave a review. Today I was driving with my son whom is a baby so I was going speed limit. One of their employees got behind me they were flicking the lights on and off and then they drove past me and screamed at me that I couldn’t drive and others that I will not write in here. Do a better job in hiring and stop deleting the negative comments. It is not OK. If your employees are late to their jobs, maybe tell them to get out of their house a little bit earlier. AC installed on 12/31/2024 - told that the inspection would be done in 2 weeks. I have emailed them and called them and still - INSPECTION HAS NOT BEEN DONE! This is part of the price we paid for the system and yet no one has even bothered to contact us AT ALL! THE INSPECTION NEEDS TO BE DONE! NO ONE IN YOUR OFFICE HAS CALLED ABOUT INSPECTION AT ALL. THIS IS NOT SERVICE!
RecommendedYes ! Courtney, Chris and Kyle were excellent. They did what they said they would do. They fitted everything and buttoned everything up in a day and 1/2.

Our first experience with Veteran air we had them check and upgrade our back flow. This was a couple of years ago when they did plumbing. Long story short, the equipment they used was not within code and Manatee County shut our water off. We were without water for days. We gave them another shot and had them proactively replace a working but old a/c unit. Not even a year later we had to have to coil replaced in May. The day before Milton hit, our air went out.
