No issues until about 6 months ago then it started. My unit is only 4 years old and I had it installed by this business as well. The temperature is set to x it reads x the actual temperature is x +3-4 degrees. I had a tech out several times and the issue was still present. I complained and they kept sending out guys to say the same thing over and over. I know I like my house cooler but when it is 75 degrees outside it should not have an issue staying cooler. I am always worried when utilizing a contractor for any home repair requirement especially for those things I have no expertise in. I have had bad experiences with several A/C vendors trying to upsell rather than address the specific problem. Veteran's employees were very helpful and trustworthy. They offered a solution to repair my system. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They low-balled me on a competitive bid to "replace my existing" 2 ton A/C system. I didn't realize they were low-balling me so their low price won the bid. On the day of installation I watched them unload the equipment and said to the tech doing the install that this A/C compressor seem a lot smaller than my existing system's compressor. The tech explained that was because this new system was not a heat pump system like my existing one. I told the installer to hold off and called the co... read more

I think that this company is serious and honest. My prior A/C Unit was really old and needed to be replaced. The technician told me the price to fix the old unit. and at my request, showed me the price of a new unit with discount and rebate from Teco. We decided to purchase a YORK brand which is a good one more modern that saves electricity. The installing technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Simply the best A/C team in the area. I've lived in Bradenton for over ten years and they are the third and final A/C group I've used and by far this team is the most knowledgeable, fair priced and exceptional individuals I have dealt with.
