Just had my every 6 month units serviced. And again the Thech was amazing. Josh first made sure we were both safe. Maintained distance and wore mask and coverings on his shoes. Took pics and video of every step he was doing. Think about that to take pics so he could explain the good or bad situation you may or may not have in service. At the end he explained what was needed and what I can do to pass or move forward with his recommendations. No sales pressure all was explained in depth. Thanks VA.
