I like that they called Me, to remind me that I had one more service/maintenance appointment available to me. I wouldn't have remembered, with all that is going on in my life. And I didn't pay, it was just part of the yearly maintenance agreement :) I do recommend them. The tech was very nice, and respectful... booties on, mask on. I appreciate that.

Jon came out the same day I called to give me a quote on a new unit. He was very kind and honest and was very accommodating to help get a new unit ASAP for my rental home. My renter said the installers were very nice and very clean (which was huge because part of the unit is in the attic- through the master closet)! Would highly recommend!

After an initial delay first due to the torrential rains from hurricane ETA. We rescheduled installation after the storm. The two installers who came out were efficient and very courteous. The cool air was welcomed and two days later it was cold enough outside for me to turn on the heat to test that also. Would highly recommend Veteran Air.
