My name is Suzanne Walton. I have to give a huge shout out to Vincent Vafiafes for excellence in customer service. He came to my home 2 nights before Christmas (12/23/14) at 630 PM. He was so pleasant to deal with that it made what could have been a very unpleasant experiance enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable for the holidays. So very hard to find 5 star service anymore, but you offered it up on a silver platter. Thank you so very much Vince.
