Early Sunday morning of a holiday weekend, we were awaken by a chemical smell from our a/c unit. We reached out to Veteran Air for help and Will was eager to lend a hand. We were not expecting prompt service on holiday weekend but were excited to hear that a tech was sent to aid us. Over the last few years I have been using veteran air for ac and electrical services, I have nothing negative to say. I have received prompt and excellent service every time. They educate me about the problem and give me choices of ways to solve the problem based on my financial situation at that time.

Zach came out to trouble shoot our AC (the condenser fan wasn't working), after a thorough inspection he carefully explained our options in a very personable and professional manner. He was exceptional, I we told him so. We decide to replace our whole system and they offered Zero % financing!
