Vicky and Misty were both very helpful and efficient. lt was a pleasure working with them.
Service was excellent and courteous. We often communicated on weekends which helps because I don't always have opportunity to do financial things during the mon-fri work week.
The process was felt with in a timely manner and everything was explained ahead of time.
Vicky was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process. Misty was very informative and both ladies were only a phone call away if we ever had any questions or concerns.

Vicky and Misty knew their jobs and were patient in explaining each step of the process of obtaining a loan. They made us feel as if we were the only people they were working with. When I telephoned with a question, they personally answered their phones. Also, Vicky worked to get us the best rate and let us know when we should lock the rate.
The process was fast and the easiest house loan I have ever experienced.
the overall experience we had with Vicky was perfect. We could have not had anyone better and that is speaking for the one we had in selling our home in California which we were not kept informed of anything. She was on top of everything. We can't thank her enough for all the help she provided us.
