Though there are many options for obtaining a home mortgage, I wanted to work with a person face to face throughout the process. Also, it is easier to find the documents needed and to deliver them when the loan officer’s office is only a few blocks away. Vicky was always pleasant and patient as we worked through the process. She would explain things in a very understandable way and kept me informed of the next steps. I highly recommend Vicky as a loan agent.
