Toured this facility and although it was very nice and homey the pricing is a little over the budget. My father-in-law professed he did not want to share a room with anyone and a private room is way too much.

It's a older building without a van for trips, but the idea of an enclosed building is a great idea and it might work for my parents.

I wouldn't recommend the community to others. I found the furniture was filthy. The management told me that corporate would be delivering new furniture and this never came be. There was a time I found my loved one on the floor after they had fallen. The staff didn't try to assist my loved one up after a fall. When you tour assisted livings, they all say the same things about valuing each resident and preserving their dignity. The nicest thing about Victoria Court is what they say on their tours is actually what they do.

The very first night she was put here my mom fell and broke her hip and had to go to the ER and never went back to Pacifica Senior Living. They promised me they would give me the money back and I never got anything. I reached out several times and then all of a sudden communication was cut off from me. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to others looking for loved ones who have dementia.

STAY AWAY! I put my Mom here and she was dead in less than two months. I saw her the Monday of the week she died & when I left I said to myself she's going to live till 100! That Wednesday she was fatigued & not eating. She was seen by their doctor, blood tests were requested, one of their aids asked my Mom if she needed to go to the hospital, AND NOT ONE OF THEIR FIVE STAFF WHO KNEW MY LEGALLY BLIND MOTHER WITH DEMENTIA WAS NOT WELL CALLED ME. My Mom died Thursday night. Had they had the courtesy to call me I would have bee... read more

The lady that is in charge of admissions assured us that Victoria Court was perfect place for our mom. There is a $3000 fee when you sign on the dotted line so we went ahead with it because we believed the admissions director. The weekend staff was terrible . Our mom was often left sitting in her room in her wheelchair very for long periods of time. Their memory care program is very sub par. Someone on staff reported our mothers care to the Elder Care Board saying the night and weekend staff couldn't handle lifting her and s... read more
