The community has been very caring to my loved ones. The staff is very easy to reach if you have questions or concerns. I usually hear back within an hour during normal hours if leaving a voicemail.

It's a really good facility, but there were issues with staffing during covid. The rooms were good, the food was good with a great variety. I would recommend this community to others.

I transferred my wife here two days ago. I was prepared for a potentially difficult time for my wife to leave the facility where she seemed content and fairly well adjusted, but the staff at Victoria Court did an amazing job of receiving her and introducing her to the other residents that made her brighten up, smile, and feel like this was her new home. Pacifica Senior Living Victoria Court is the best option for your families. The staff is wonderful and patient especially second shift staff, they're all great! When I brought my mother there the whole staff treated her as their own mother. They took very good care of her.

When I walked into Victoria Court my first day I felt like I was home. The staff is extremely friendly. Everyone has a smile on their face and are going out of their way to help!

There was a CNA working there named [name removed] and she had the kindest heart. She always made sure that all the residents were comfortable and clean and my mother loved her. This assisted living is extremely clean. The staff have years of experience and are so caring. They truly specialize in memory care and patients with different forms of dementia. It's a small community so patients get very individualized care. The residents have so many unique activities.
