I originally went in to Aspen dental in Livonia in July 2024. My lower denture had cracked in half and I couldn't find anybody to fix it. They fixed it. They told me to get the information from my dentist on the denture that was made in 2020 with two snap ins. I got all the information to them called them several times to find out what the service was and finally after a month I was told they couldn't do this. Follow through; being going for almost a year and my last major implant someone dropped the ball. Called to get a resolution no reply as of yet...

Beware! I would give them zero if I could. My daughter went there and they were having a free deal - free first appointment and Xrays. They were pretty weird about things which made her uncomfortable, so after her first free appointment, she (thank God!) went elsewhere to get her tooth fixed. Six months later (!!!) she gets a bill from them for the very things that were supposed to be free. I called to ask about the free deal, which is still in effect, and the agent didn't say there was any fine print. Don't give these guys ... read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for their cleaning special and $2,500 later I never got the cleaning. They claimed I had gum disease and did this treatment that took a whole 20 minutes for $2,500+ and that I'd have to do this every 3 months . They claim to be affordable dentistry but when I got home I googled the charges for the procedures they claimed they did in my area and they were at or above the maximum level. Then months later they tried to bill me more but I fought it. I will never go back.

This place is a joke. So I paid for everything up front. They tried to sneak things in that I didn't need. Then they get paid and space the appointments out for two months. Not only that they didn't do two of my fillings right. The oral hygienist can't work with you on time and has a bad attitude. When my temporary cap fell off they told me to deal with it pretty much. Wouldn't recommend if you care for your teeth and money.

Found this dentist after searching through my insurance's search engine. Schedule an initial appointment for 9:30 am as they didn't seem to offer any other appointments. I guess that's on me to ask. Anyways, I get there having to miss my morning meetings for work only to find out that they don't take my insurance? Wasted my time and took time off from work for something that could have been handled over the phone before asking me to come in. On top of that, they still wanted to examine me and "figure out the finances later".... read more

I went there and had 28 teeth removed and all I got was so tylenol and a have a nice day I'm in so much pain I'm vomiting. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

After getting great insurance. The best I could afford working at the Post Office. I go into this office of clowns and all I needed was a whitening and 2 teeth extracted. After they came back saying with my super awesome insurance, "We're still going to charge you almost $2000 out of pocket." I said drop the toothwhitening they said "OK 1400". My experiences with Aspen Dental have not been pleasant. The customer service is terrible. I have been going to the Livonia location since 2016 and every visit I am treated as if I am a new patient. The employee turnover is crazy. Even when I do see a familiar face, I am not familiar to them. I feel like the patients are just a "number". The billing department is unorganized.
