I wasn't crazy about this place. They seem to put money before the interests of their patients. The first day I went there, they were trying to sell me a $200 toothbrush, and some sort of special paste for sensitive teeth. What annoyed me more than that, though, was that my dentist kept jumping from patient to patient, in between visits. Not only is that unprofessional, but it's just plain rude. Aspen Dental let me tell you a little bit about Aspen Dental no wonder there is no code of ethics for Dentistry because they have none all they care about is the money they gave my wife little or no explanation of what was going on they even said that they explained everything to me they explain nothing $5,000 for dentures and all they gave her was three little pieces of gauze the doctor there is a big liar she said she explained everything to me I am her husband they wouldn't let me in the room with her apparently that's th... read more
They told me I had 14 cavities, I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they said I had 3..... aside from that very suspicious diagnosis they also make you wait for hours in the chair for someone to come in the room. Waited 1.5 hrs one time and nearly an hour on another visit.
Very poor customer service! They constantly screw up billing. Then when u call to fix their mistakes, they can't even get back to you! One of the dentists put one of my filling in wrong. I called to tell them that my tooth hurt and the dentist told me it could take six months for the pain to go away. Then when I went in to get it fixed they attempted to charge me for their mistake. Stay away from this place it screams unprofessionalism!!
Do not go here. A huge waste of time, and hopefully they don't get you to the point where you spend any money. I don't currently have insurance, and wanted to save some money on a simple cleaning and exam. I typically get a cleaning every 6-7 months, I am fairly young, and I take pretty good care of my teeth in between. I decided to try Aspen Dental because of their free exam & x-ray offer for new patients without insurance. A very bad experience from the beginning. It was there lunch time and they wanted me to come back at 2pm for impressions. Guess the office manager thought better of this. Advertisement states dentures in a few days. Not so. Took two weeks and plus when I went for them they weren't ready after they made sure I made my final payment. I had at least two calls and two Email confirmations verifying that I would be there for my appointment. Get there and the dentures aren't ready after two weeks.
