Beware of Victory Home Remodeling. They look like a professional company with good prices, but theyre not. Yes, theyre a legitimate business and they do complete work, but their prices are insanely high and their service is terrible. I got suckered in after a door 2 door salesman talked me into replacing my siding and windows even though my house was in good shape. Their young salesman lied about their materials and claimed they manufactured their own windows, they just slap their sticker on someone elses product. They quote... read more

Hi ******, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration, and after reviewing the history of this project internally, we recognize there were aspects of your experience that fell short of the standard we aim to provide. Were aware that this project involved multiple ordering and scheduling issues over the course of the installation process, which understandably created frustration and inconvenience. Since then, we have continued sending teams to the property to complete service items a... read more

The door to door representative ***** stated that my neighbor contracted for a new roof. My wife agreed to get an estimate later in the evening. I confirmed by phone with their salesman. Never showed up and no neighbor contracted for a roof project.

Business response:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the frustration this experience ********* the time of appointment setting, we make it a standard practice to communicate that we do not arrive unannounced. Our team always calls the day of the appointment to confirm a homeowners continued interest and availability before sending a representative. After reviewing our records, we do see that an appointment was scheduled for 3/13. On Friday, a Victory Home Remodeling sales representative spent over four hours in our home using high-pressure tactics to convince us that our roof was in severe condition. She promoted top-of-the-line materials, a 50-year guarantee, and emphasized their GAF certification as if it were unique, even though most roofers in our area use the same products for significantly less. We were quoted $60,000, which is far above comparable estimates. After hours of pressure, we reluctantly signed the contract on her tablet. She promised... read more

If you call these people you are guaranteeing a waste of time with a used car salesman in your kitchen. The night started with an actual show, he came in with his sales face on and the most non-human pitch. It sounded like I had an AI human inside of my house. He showed us powerpoints after powerpoints about stuff that, to be *****, I could care less about. Then he went and did an inspection of our home. He made everything out to be worse than it was. As young homeowners, I was so upset and worried about this brand new home I... read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My elderly grandparents (grandfather 92, grandmother 87) were pressured into signing a contract to have their roof ***laced. The sales ***resentative spent 6 hours at their home and quoted them a little over $49,000 to ***lace their roof. My grandmother was overwhelmed by the amount of information provided and asked for more time to review the contract but the sales *** told her that if she didn't sign that day while he was there, the price would go up by $17,000. On top of the alr... read more

I am filing this complaint due to extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior by a representative of this company.A company representative came to my home uninvited. I repeatedly told him no and clearly stated that I was not interested. Despite this, he refused to leave my property after being asked multiple times.I had to continue insisting that he leave, and he became increasingly pushy and inappropriate. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own ******* company should allow its employees or cont... read more

Received a quote and signed a contract to complete a vinyl siding project on the front of my home. When the scheduler came, I was told that they measured wrong and the cost of the job would be almost double the original quote. We tried to come to an agreement where I could fit an increase into my project budget, but they couldn't even come close.Rather than take legal action for breach of contract, we just decided to cancel the project.Beware of this tactic.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Were genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation caused. Our quoting process includes a follow-up inspection specifically to prevent unexpected issues or costs on behalf of the homeowner and we understand how frustrating any pricing change can feel.We want to clarify that cancellation is absolutely an available option in scenarios like this. We believe in transparency as the last thing we ever want is for a homeowner to feel surprised or pressured into moving forward with revised pr... read more
