They literally try to sell you a warranty that the manufacturer already offers. Got an estimate of 3 times the cost of a legitimate companies quote. Beware of this company they are predators

***********, all of our warranties include labor. The manufacturers warranty is for the products themselves. Although we aren't the cheapest, we certainly are not the most expensive but we do pride ourselves on having the best value in the industry. We do all work for no money down and assume all the risk before we finish every project. I'm sorry you feel this way about our company!
Victory knocks on my door and tells me they are "working on other homes in the area" and asks if I would be interested in a free estimate. They do this 2 x a week! They not only knock and ring and stand at the door waiting for 20 mins until I come they also walk my property looking into my house . I have told them I'm not interested and start of the convo with manners trying to make it short and sweet I'm not interested without being rude. Last May 30 had them install a bay window and a new patio door. While installing the bay window bricks we're knocked loose. They were never reinstalled right. Window evidently was not insulated right because you can feel a breeze through it. When installing the patio door they cracked my ceramic tile and never repaired. Still waiting for them.
We had a scheduled consultation at 5pm for a free estimate on the cost for new siding. The representative had me walk around my home but as we did this he was pulling my siding pieces out and also moving the flashing around my windows. I asked him to please do not do that as this has nothing to do with you giving me an estimate on new siding. He began to get agitated and said it was already coming apart anyway. We used Victory Home Improvement for our roof replacement. They did a very good job & were very efficient. However, after the work was completed an inspector from Victory came to check on the work. At this point he told us that the gutters could not be installed as the wood was rotten under the fasia and had to be replaced. When the fasia and soffit was removed, there wasn't and damaged wood. I just had a salesman from this company replace my roof. Not going into to much detail, but for the price they have quoted, I can buy a decent condo in ************* or redo the kitchen and 3 bathrooms and probably will still have some money left over for a nice 10 days European cruise. I was promised an "itemized" proposal.. What I had, it was just hand written notes from our conversation. No business card, no brochure..Nothing. Feels like a scam.

My husband and I live in a retirement community and are looking for a company to replace four front windows. I went on line to sign up for quotes. Victory home improvements called us and set up a time to give us a quote-between 9 am and 10 am. They texted my husband to say that they would be late and would not arrive until the hours of *****. Sleazy solicitors. We are on our township's Do Not Knock registry, and have a No Soliciting sign on the door, which the salesperson acknowledged seeing and ignoring, but they continue to wake us up on the weekend. We will be filing a claim with the township as soon as practicable.

I am writing my 100% honest truthful review nothing made up or fabricated and if my review can help at least one homeowner, I would assume that my review really made a difference. Guys, if you can stay 100 miles away from this company, you are saving a ton of money and time. Don't even allow their salesman into your property. They will never leave your property and you are stuck with their worthless salesperson whole day and waste of your day and your time.
