If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My elderly grandparents (grandfather 92, grandmother 87) were pressured into signing a contract to have their roof ***laced. The sales ***resentative spent 6 hours at their home and quoted them a little over $49,000 to ***lace their roof. My grandmother was overwhelmed by the amount of information provided and asked for more time to review the contract but the sales *** told her that if she didn't sign that day while he was there, the price would go up by $17,000. Received a quote and signed a contract to complete a vinyl siding project on the front of my home.When the scheduler came, I was told that they measured wrong and the cost of the job would be almost double the original quote.We tried to come to an agreement where I could fit an increase into my project budget, but they couldn't even come close.Rather than take legal action for breach of contract, we just decided to cancel the project.Beware of this tactic.

I am satisfied with the work that was performed, but communication and response from the company after the work was completed was very poor. There was no cleanup done and I found a lot of nails and debris in my yard and driveway. Had I not cleaned that up myself, my grandchildren could have been hurt and if I ran my lawnmower, there could have been damage to my property or my neighbors' properties. Decent windows, they did a nice job installing them cleaned up after themselves, I should have done some more research a bit over priced should have went to a manufacturer's web site and had them connect me with a dealer and installer I feel I could have chosen a better grade window for the same money.

This company used high pressure tactics to get my parents to buy a roof from them at an inflated rate for the area. They got another quote that was less than half of what this company quoted. They cancelled with a certified letter in the appropriate time frame. Then they came back a few days later with a price that was $6,000 less and again, pressured my parents into signing.
