My husband had severe tooth pain, from a broken tooth. He got no sleep. It happened to be a Saturday. I saw that Aspen Dental was open! The front desk lady was able to get us in at 9 am. The assistant was so sweet. The insurance lady was helpful. And the dentist- she was amazing. She showed genuine interest in helping my husband. The whole staff did! This place is amazing! Gisela and Vanessa were so welcoming at the front desk. The dental assistants, Valerya and Lysette, were wonderful—both took the time to explain everything they were doing. The hygienist clearly walked me through my cleaning and gave great advice for continuing care at home. Dr. Castillo made sure I fully understood my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. And lastly, Juana, the consultant, explained the costs thoroughly and really helped ease my nerves.
My husband got dentures from here earlier this year and everyone has been great. He had a lot of dental issues and had to have a multitude of extractions. He said doc was amazing and he didn't even realize he had even started yet but doc was done and had them all out.
