This place is amazing! Gisela and Vanessa were so welcoming at the front desk. The dental assistants, Valerya and Lysette, were wonderful—both took the time to explain everything they were doing. The hygienist clearly walked me through my cleaning and gave great advice for continuing care at home. Dr. Castillo made sure I fully understood my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. And lastly, Juana, the consultant, explained the costs thoroughly and really helped ease my nerves.
Went today with my sister who has special needs with Alzheimer’s and dementia the entire staff and Dr were very patient and kind took a lot of time with her to explain in detail and made it very relaxing and actually had fun. It was an awesome and very professional experience. Highly recommend them to all my family and friends The finance person was very helpful and took a lot of time to make things as affordable as possible. Was great!
The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness throughout the facility, from the front desk to all service areas. The premises were well-maintained and clean. Aspen Dental provided a comprehensive dental plan, and I was approved for financing, which was unexpected given my credit score. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. 10/10✅
Clean facility, calming & welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and no wait time. Dr. Tran is very informative and professional. He made me feel 100% better about the things I am going through, whereas, when I walked in I was feeling hopeless about my smile. My tech, Valerya, was super friendly. My first visit here at Aspen Dental and I’ll definitely be coming back . Dr Tran was very educational very informative he explained in detail everything that was needed to be done and answered all my questions. Valerya is the sweetest she made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. She was just a pleasure to meet . Thank you for your time and effort in making my visit pleasant.
