Everyone at VIK was very kind from the time of check in until the time I left. A few tests were done so it did take some time but I was confident in the diagnosis. The doctor called a few days later to see how I was doing so it was a different experience than most walk in clinics. My husband and I have both been to VIK on several occasions and have been very happy with the care we received. We will go to VIK again.

Dr. Allensworth was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. It's always good to talk a little football, too. The staff was smooth and efficient. Outstanding service!

The entire staff and the doctor were all very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. Dr. Allensworth listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose and provide me with medication to help me feel better. The clinic was clean and I was happy and impressed with my wait time, . Less than two hours and I was in and out of the facility on a Friday night. Two days later, I also received a call from Dr. Allensworth asking how I was feeling and that was very impressive. Great care and great follow up. Thankfully, it was not serious and I appreciate the thorough explanation and follow up by my Physician the following day. Would definitely go back if ill.
