Highly recommend Vik. Excellent experience versus the ER. Great care, nurse Sue was awesome, and had no wait time and Dr. P helped figure out diagnosis with clear instructions on next steps. I will always go there for emergency or urgent care.

The nurses - Michele and Tracy were so kind and caring. The doctor took time to listen to me. Omayra at the front desk was so calm and helpful. It was a great experience.

Absolutely the best place for Urgent Care in the Lakeway / Bee Cave / Spicewood area. Unlike other places, they always have a MD in attendance and fully equipped with any x-rays, scans, etc. My family has been going there for years. I went there last week after a fall and Dr. Michael Esmay saw me and diagnosed my fracture after a couple of x-rays. He was extremely courteous, helpful and super efficient. On a Saturday, the wait time was minimal. Everyone on staff was accommodating and considerate. Having lab results quickly instead of going to an ER or waiting until Tuesday after Monday holiday to see primary care was paramount in my decision to go to VIK. THANK YOU TO ALL!
