Took me back right away before they finished the check in process I was expecting a longer process involving filling out papers and I didn’t have to. Everyone went to work right away in checking me over. Never really waited long for anything. The dr was very kind and did everything he could and wasn’t dismissive at all. Will be returning should I need care again.

Fantastic experience. Check in was fast and easy. Triage was done by a nurse and then I was seen by a doctor, followed quickly by tests, diagnosis and a treatment plan. First dosages of medicine were given on the spot.

First ever broken arm. I was the only patient in the facility. Dr. Johnsson was fantastic, no complaints there. She was competent, had a good sense of humor and a great beside manner. I was pretty vocal in the office and used some colorful language as I was in tremendous pain and dealing with insurance for forty minutes before I even got an ice pack. Highly recommend Vik. Excellent experience versus the ER. Great care, nurse Sue was awesome, and had no wait time and Dr. P helped figure out diagnosis with clear instructions on next steps. I will always go there for emergency or urgent care.
