Good customer service. Installers were very efficient and carpet looks great. One slight complaint.. paint on wall was scratched up in a few places but totally understandable knowing big carpet rolls getting placed in bedroom.

Villa Carpets is the best. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the flooring they carry. Holly was great - she somehow knew exactly what we needed. And the installers were great also. On time, very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and the installation was very quick. This is the 3rd time we've used them and will only use them in the future. We've recommended others to them and have never heard anything negative.
Love our carpet from Villa! Holly was so helpful in finding exactly what we needed for our basement. The crew that installed the carpet were professional and friendly. We plan on purchasing our window treatments from them as well. I highly recommend Villa Carpets!
Listened to what we wanted and made fabulous suggestions
Villa Carpet and Decorator Pam are fabulous beyond words. Every part of my L.R. project from selecting carpeting - entry flooring - blinds- and a custom transom shutter, as well as the install, was PERFECT. It was a joy and pleasure to work with such a wonderful group of people, and each time I enter my L.R. I find it hard to believe it is my home! Looking forward to working with Villa and Pam on new kitchen flooring in the near future.
