Unfortunately we had a really poor experience here. We had a 10:45 am reservation but regardless did not get seated until about 15 min later and then took FOREVER to take our orders and receive our food. We literally saw at least three tables get up and leave because the wait was too ridiculous. Once we finally received our orders, they were mediocre... and the coffee was weak. I really wanted to like this place because we saw so many other positive reviews but it was not a good experience and would not recommend.
Overpriced ...... so many other options to choose from. Very small $45 steak over cooked and 4 on the thinnest asparagus stalks I ever seen
Waited half an hour for a drink. Breakfast took over an hour
$28 for Caribbean Jumbo Shrimp lime rice was actually 5 small shrimp, a little bit of sauce and a small bowl of really dry rice. What a rip off....
They need to update online menu. The items we went there for were not on the menu when we got there. Would have not gone there.
We may have been there on a tough day, but our experience was not good. It seems as though they are not set up to perform like a real restaurant but more of a boutique cafe. The day we were there (12/26) it was busy and clearly they were understaffed (or under experienced). The general cleanliness, quality of food and service were pretty rough.
Extremely slow service. Bad food. Burnt steak. One cook. Good thing they weren’t busy. I’d hate to have one cook in a tiny kitchen cooking for a whole restaurant. Our meals for a table of 8 came out one at a time. Our kids literally fell asleep waiting for their food.
I would not recommend this restaurant. We chose the restaurant for brunch. We received the worst omelettes that I've ever experienced. It was dry and void of taste. In addition my table was under an air conditioning vent which dripped condensation into my glass of juice and my glass of water as well as splashed on the table while we dined. We were so disappointed and Disturbed that we paid and left the restaurant. In hindsight a full refund should have been given.
