Staff was excellent. Food was fantastic and not expensive. Great location. Our Friends David and Fernando recommended this restaurant. We will definitely go back.
Village Cafe is a real find. The outdoor area is charming and the laid back atmosphere is a relief from the hustle-bustle of the beachfront area. Food was very good, drinks were too. Will go back when in the area.
The chef cooks everything to order eggplant parm. was exceptional. Service was superb
Menu is relatively narrow but contains several interesting items, such as a very creative mixed taco platter. Feels like a casual neighborhood hangout, which could be very busy during "season."

We had both dinner and breakfast there. Good food and very friendly staff. Much value for the money.
Long wait for our meals even though we were only one of TWO tables. Food was pricey and not exactly spectacular. We will not be going back.
Only one chef, only one server - the restaurant was not full. We did not get any service after waiting to be seated, we left. I tried to get the servers attention to let him know and he did not even acknowledges.
Seems the owner or the chef must have changed. We’ve ordered fish and chips. The same as last year. This time the fish was totally over cooked. The panate was dark and the fish inside was dry. The guests next to us were also not happy about the served food.
