Very disappointed with the quality of food and wine selections. This place always looks busy for brunch, but none of the 4 people in our party would recommended this place for dinner. We would have expressed how we felt during our visit, but we were never asked.
I'm not one to write negative reviews BUT this is an exception. Have been wondering how so many people recommend a restaurant that: has almost non existent service( not the waiter/waitress !) with regard to the kitchen and management. We sat for almost an hour waiting for.....a salad order and fish and chips. The table next to us had been waiting longer and were not served their one sort rib order until we had finished our meal(???) At one point the manager came by and in passing asked how we were but walked so quickly away ... read more
Poor service - ordered food and drinks at the same time. 25 minutes later still no drinks. Food came out in waves, orders were messed up, had to send one dish back because it wasn’t made properly. It was surprising as we had been here before and it was not previously like this. Shame we are locals who won’t be back.

While staff was friendly they seemed to be preoccupied with too many other tasks in spite of only one other table being occupied besides ours. Menus were slow to arrive and not the same as those represented online, we never got utensils until after meals arrived and our waiter was on the floor scrubbing the table bottoms while food was cooking although he did have gloves on. Ordered breakfast bacon and eggs, bacon & toast was burnt to a crisp. Over all very expensive for a mediocre breakfast.
Very mediocre food. No clue why ratings are so high. Not good waitstaff. Dirty tables (and no one was even there so not sure why they hadn’t cleaned the tables). Not a single one of us in a party of 4 enjoyed our meals and had to eat after we came back to the hotel because we were still so hungry.
We are in season so what else can I say. Just not the same as it was out of season. 1 inch of wine in a wine glass is not an acceptable portion. The staff as always very enjoyable.
This is a hotel/motel lobby restaurant... people walking through in their bathing suits, others with their luggage. The value was good for what it was: simple breakfast menu, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow and not attentive at all. Needed to ask for bill three times to leave.
