Very Friendly atmosphere. Our sales rep, Julian, was great, he was very helpful! We had slight misunderstanding with the initial deal but that was rectified with a new deal and all parties seemed happy. Our only complaint was with the finance team. If we didn’t have that experience, this would’ve been a 5 star review. Just overall an unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the finance team.

our experience was very good. our salesman, Ivan Briceno, was excellent. very helpful and knowledgeable. he was willing to go the extra mile for us. the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the relentless sales pitch at the end for additional insurance.

Very helpful, answered all the questions we had and if they didn’t have/know the answer they went above and beyond to find it. Also were very happy to negotiate on pricing and promised that if I found anything wrong with the vehicle they would would be first of all astonished and they would take care of it for me free of charge. I am VERY happy with Village Pointe Toyota, thank you guys so much for all your help and understanding.
