Fast, thorough, and efficient. It worked best with my schedule to coordinate what I needed in a vehicle over phone and email initially. Then when it came down to final negotiations and purchasing, the in-person experience was great. Everyone was friendly and down to earth through the whole process. I would purchase through them again.

Julian answered many questions that were considerably over the top, but he went above and beyond to enable me to choose the right vehicle for me without feeling pressured to choose a vehicle at all. Martin explained the financial process thoroughly, and stayed without the boundaries I requested.
