Salesman Josue was great. Salesman Josue was great. His director Marshall M was to have things all ready when we arrived @ 11. Nothing was ready. Took us aver 3 hours at the dealership. Good thing we cleared most of our day. Love our new car! You all need to communicate and streamline your buying process better.
