Came in to “look” at a Grand Highlander that had a sale pending on it. That sale fell through prior to me getting there and I was able to buy it! Sales staff was very knowledgeable and the dealership as a whole seemed to care more about my needs and wants rather than just trying to sell a vehicle.

Just a quick shout out to Village Pointe Toyota. Last week, I did a trade-in on my vehicle and purchased a Buick Envision. My overall experience was fantastic. I especially appreciated working with Joel Thirunilathu, Justin Carter, and Denny Velez...this team was able to get me to a happy place in reference to my trade-in. As with any car purchase, there was some haggling going on, which is to be expected. Aside from that, everything else was good to go. My wife loves her new Buick which is the most important thing.
