Outstanding service from Village Pointe Toyota in Omaha. We had asked Rusty about new cars, starting with a Rav 4 and finally ending on a Highlander. He kept us informed of when a new car fitting our requirements would be inbound, and worked with us to put it into our hands. Then gave us a comprehensive tutorial on all of its features.

Okay, the main reason I bought my 2022 Honda Accord Touring was because of Brett hands down!! My wife & I came from Sgt Bluff, IA to see the car on the lot. When we got there they couldn't find the keys as they were simply lost or gone. Brett literally searched for an hour but couldn't find them. So, instead of complain he explained everything to us professionally & offered some positive insight about the car & dealership. We have purchased at least 5 cars from this dealership. Our latest car we had Brett Ramey as our salesman. He was knowledgeable and personable and helpful.. But most importantly he communicated with us making our purchase goes smoothly. We will definitely go to this dealership again. And although Adam is no longer there he was a difference maker for sure. He will be missed!
