Everyone at Village Pointe Toyota was amazing to work with and they made my shopping and buying experience as easy and as enjoyable as could be. Rusty Russell & Lane Zimmerman the salesmen, Kurt Dado the finance person and Terry Zimmerman the manager were all extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

My husband, Mike, and I had the best experience dealing with Rusty Russell at Village Pointe Toyota. Rusty is very professional in dress and manner. He knew everything we needed to know regarding how our new Highlander worked. I really appreciated having him explain all of the accessories to us because it has much more than my 2011 Highlander had. Without Rusty showing us how everything worked, I would have been lost. My wife and I visited Village Point Toyota on two occasions. Our main concern was being rushed in to a vehicle purchase. We drove a number of vehicles that sparked our interest on day one. It took us a couple of days to finally decide which vehicle was best. Sadly it sold later that day. But as luck may have it, Jessica (Jess) kept us in mind and was able to secure us a newly arrived vehicle we were decisive about buying!
