Pretty painless, and helpful staff. I was pretty happy. Everyone was pretty professional, from the sales person, to the manager, to the financing person. It definitely helped that I used Car Gurus and Capital One Auto Navigator, to find a deal, but once I was ready to purchase the process went smoothly.
