Seamless, hassle-free, and a pleasurable experience! Our lease was finishing up, and Justin reached out to us a few months before we had to turn in our RAV4. Justin got the new RAV we wanted delivered from Des Moines, the new payments were within $2.00 of our old payments, and our out-of-pocket expenses were way less than anticipated! All taken care of in less than a week -- we came in on Monday, and by Thursday our new vehicle was delivered from Des Moines, prepped, and we were out the door driving our new RAV4. Lots of moving parts Justin did an excellent job of selling us a car. There were lots of moving parts, like several people paying and titling to a different person. He worked with his sales management and got the job done. We REALLY appreciate the extra effort.
