Rusty and the entire Toyota team I seriously can’t even thank the Toyota team for all they did for me. They went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and I’m proud to say I made my first “big girl” purchase! I couldn’t if done it without them! They were extremely kind and they made sure, even though I did not purchase a Toyota vehicle and went with an explorer, that they would get me anything I needed anyway! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and please make sure you contact Rusty! He was great!
Committed to Customer Service Mike McHenry was great to work with. The service center was closed so he ran to the store and bought a replacement battery for the remote and changed it out himself. He made sure I was able to take the car home so my mechanic could look at it. And was very responsive via text messages. I wish I had the name of the sales manager I dealt with, but he's not listed on their website and he didn't leave his last name in his voicemail. None of the last names sound familiar on here so I don't want to ta... read more

Definition of Customer Service My situation was an obstacle, to say the least. Brian Walsh not only took the time to find me the truck I needed, but he listened to what I wanted. He listened to my situation and did not shy away at the obstacle of getting me into the Tundra. The team at Village Pointe Toyota worked hard, and went above and beyond to make this experience a breeze for the customer. If they were ready to pull their hair out at any time, they never let me know. I could not be more impressed with the experience.
