First Rate Between Adam, Rusty and Jose, I was treated with respect for my time. They listened to my needs, offered a fair deal and trade in. Rusty completed the transaction and the Finance Guys were knowledgeable and professional. I was introduced to the service department and the follow up emails were great. I abhor trying to buy a new vehicle but Village Pointe reduced all the drama to make it almost pleasant. Thanks.

Rusty and the entire Toyota team I seriously can’t even thank the Toyota team for all they did for me. They went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and I’m proud to say I made my first “big girl” purchase! I couldn’t if done it without them! They were extremely kind and they made sure, even though I did not purchase a Toyota vehicle and went with an explorer, that they would get me anything I needed anyway! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and please make sure you contact Rusty! He was great!

Committed to Customer Service Mike McHenry was great to work with. The service center was closed so he ran to the store and bought a replacement battery for the remote and changed it out himself. He made sure I was able to take the car home so my mechanic could look at it. And was very responsive via text messages. I wish I had the name of the sales manager I dealt with, but he's not listed on their website and he didn't leave his last name in his voicemail. None of the last names sound familiar on here so I don't want to ta... read more

He listened to my situation and did not shy away at the obstacle of getting me into the Tundra.
