Great experience I visited Village Pointe Toyota to purchase a replacement vehicle after my Prius was totaled. Greg Brady helped me out for several hours while I test drove every white car in the lot. Greg made me feel comfortable, and we were laughing the whole day! I ended up choosing a 2017 Prius and he went out of his way to pause the whole process while I picked up my daughter from daycare in the middle of our process! Several associates stayed after close to help finish the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better p... read more

Positive experience Jose was a great sales associate. We felt pressured to purchase the service agreements which was uncomfortable. The tire on the vehicle we test drove was low so maybe need more attention to detail.
Pleased Customer Service was courteous and helpful. Justin has been such a kind helper and seemed to truly care about my needs. I feel he had my best interest at heart.
