Customer Service Was Inspiring I found this little red 2013 Ford C-Max hybrid online in my search to get a car after having been without one for almost a year. I am retired and had less than perfect credit, but Rusty Russell and the entire staff gave me a second chance for which I will be eternally grateful for. I might have forgotten to mention that I live in Denver, Colorado and so I boarded a plane to Omaha, where I was picked up from the airport and taken to the dealership. Help that mattered. Tony and his manager helped my wife and me to get the car we really wanted. From driving different models up to the front door to finding prices on the Web, Tony was there to assist us. And everyone involved was friendly and patient during the whole process. The process was always easy, but we made it with a toss of the head and a smile on our faces.

Down to earth guy He helped me with my car buying experience and made it fun and easy to buy a car. He showed me multiple cars in my range for me to compare. Showed me Carfax of the car that I bought from him of the 2009 Toyota Coralla. He then he was flexible when I had minimal time day I found car. Then came back two days later and it was filled up with a tank of gas!!! I recommend Rod!!! Go buy a car from Toyota today and request him!!!
