Alex Engelman worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He was very personable while being very professional. He took all the time I needed to explain the features on the vehicle, but there are so many I will definitely go back for tutorials. I worked with Brian Sharp for the financing. (Wish he had explained cost of some of the extras more but probably my fault for not asking more questions.). I would have bought them anyway so will have him explain them to me again. Brooklyn was great to work with. We had a major issue with our 2013 Prius two days after purchase. It had an after market catalytic converter installed and was not functioning properly. I emailed Brooklyn and Terry, the general manager called me within a day and we scheduled an appointment to look at the car. Barry, the service manager, gave me the good news that they would fix it. They ordered the part and three weeks later I took the Prius in and they fixed it for free. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you.
