I work with a lot of dealerships in the Omaha area at my job, so I knew that I could trust Village Pointe Toyota when I was in the market for a 2nd vehicle. Troy recommended that I check out some of the pre-owned vehicles on the lot, and I'm so glad I did! Tim was very helpful in showing me some different cars and the finance team made it very clear what my best options were. I never felt like I was forgotten about or waiting for too long, even when they got busy. I was able to drive off with a car that I'm very happy with!

I asked Rusty to locate an all wheel drive Prius for me and I got more than I bargained for because the surround camera views really assist in tight spaces, the rear view mirror that gives a wider view of the whole area behind the car, and the up dated look of the of the Prius makes this car stand out. Rusty makes the dealership stand out. He follows through for his customers. He located the car in a very short time and spent extra time with me helping getting the different systems set up for me and showing me how they work.... read more

Carlos Deigo was our salesperson at Village Pointe Toyota. Carlos was very helpful at explaining and demonstrating all the new features on the Highlander and answering questions. Carlos demonstrated great customer service.
