I just purchased my third Toyota RAV4 from Village Pointe Toyota. They continue to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate genuine care for their customers! Jose was fantastic! He was personable, knowledgable, and very helpful. He was patient as we had several other models to test before making our decision. His supervisor was also great. The only negativity we had was the salesman who tried to sell us extras, saying he was giving it "at his cost". Not very believable. Would definitely go back and ask for Jose :)
