Patient, Friendly & Professional Assistance! We met Rusty when we had a very limited amount of time to chat about purchasing a Certified Preowned car, and he quickly assisted us in looking up the cars we'd found listed on the Village Point website. I was able to test-drive a car and, with Larry's efficient assistance, completed the paperwork for purchase during our first visit. Rusty was patient and friendly and professional. I have recommended him to a friend and encourage you to request him!

Satisfied to the highest extent Rod answered each question I had with patience. He gave me suggestions on things that I may want/need but didn't push. Seamless, low pressure, high service. On out first visit to Village Pointe in January of 2017 we were greeted outside by Rusty Russell. We explained that we were just "browsing" trying to see what was available as far as third row seating, I didn't even know the Highlander was an option.
