Seamless, low pressure, high service. On out first visit to Village Pointe in January of 2017 we were greeted outside by Rusty Russell. We explained that we were just "browsing" trying to see what was available as far as third row seating, I didn't even know the Highlander was an option. Excellent service with attention to detail Best car buying experience I have ever had by far. Great people, great facility and great cars. You will be treated like a person not a sale. They stayed well after hours to get things processed for me since I live 90 miles away. Top notch.

Great experience We're Toyota loyal and after buying our last several cars at another dealership were hesitant to go with someone else but decided to give Rusty a shot and so glad we did!
