Great Customer service, my sales rep Carlos was very professional and very knowledgeable about vehicle. I have purchased vehicles before and this was best experience I have had. Did not get pressured or had to go through the hassle of back and forth games as I have at other dealerships. Found the prefect vehicle for my Wife. Super Happy!! Usually car buying isn’t the best way to spend an afternoon but this was actually enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Being two women, we didn’t feel pressured or walked on or anything. Highly recommend. We had the opportunity to work with Christian and enjoyed every minute of it!

As soon as we arrived at Village point Toyota, Christian came over welcoming and inviting us to have a conversation. He just listened carefully to our requirements and showed us about 5 different cars. He was very friendly and helpful. then I bought a nice car which I really love it. I am so glad to have had such a good experience buying my first car.
