Honest, best price, great communication I bought a used car from this dealership even though I live 7 hours away. I knew the car that I wanted and was open to purchasing it from any dealer in the US. This dealership had a good price out of the gate, but then also had really great service. They took video and photos of the car so I could see it in detail. They answered every question I had. Fast and easy We were interested in the used the Toyota Highlander we saw on line. After submitting a request for more information, Julia got us in touch with the salesman (Jason) who brought the vehicle to our home and let us test drive it over the weekend! When we decided to purchase it (and trade in our Rav), everything was handled efficiently over the phone and via email. Communication with Julia, Dave and Jason was excellent. Jason even brought the final paperwork to our home for completion.

Unusual Circumstances We visited the dealership really a few days before the situation of the pandemic was realized. Jason's sales demeanor was good with no pressure. He accommodated my desire for a red Rav 4 which they didn't have on the lot. He found one in Des Moines and had it delivered to Omaha. Leather seats were installed which took some time because the service department was operating with a smaller staff. This wasn't a problem because of the stay-at-home orders.
