Rakid was great to work with! The whole experience was low pressure, easy, and comfortable. It's a tough time to try to find a car but Rakid was a huge help! Brian in finance was great too. Very thorough and answered all of my questions. I had a fantastic experience here!

While online my wife and I found a fairly priced (per kbb) car for sale. This has been such a difficult process because people are charging way too much for used cars at the moment. When we called Joe, he had Rakid get us a real time video of the car. They answered all of our questions and we went in for a test drive. I felt no pressure at all and the car drove how Toyotas typically do (dreamy). There was one issue that the maintenance staff fixed on the spot and we negotiated a fair deal.
